About Designer Mini Doodles
Where Science Meets Unconditional Love
Trusted by families across the country, Designer Mini Doodles is the most rigorous,
science-backed mini goldendoodle breeding program in the nation — founded and operated
by Brian, a credentialed animal biologist with a lifelong passion for canine development.

Meet Our Founder
Hi, I’m Brian — Animal Biologist & Passionate Breeder
Most breeders love dogs. That’s wonderful — but love alone doesn’t give you the
physiological knowledge to understand cardiovascular stress responses in neonatal
pups, or the genetics expertise to predict hip dysplasia across a four-generation
pedigree. That’s where Designer Mini Doodles is fundamentally different: I brought
my professional training in animal biology directly into my breeding program.
After years working with animals at a scientific level — studying anatomy, physiology,
behavioral development, and genetics — I realized that the dog breeding world was
desperately lacking breeders with formal biological training. Hobby breeders and
backyard operations were producing puppies with unknown lineage, unchecked genetic
conditions, and zero developmental protocols. I knew I could do better. So I built
Designer Mini Doodles from the ground up, applying the same rigor I brought to the
laboratory to every single litter we produce.
Today, every puppy born in our program is the product of deliberate, science-backed
breeding decisions — from parent pair selection and genetic compatibility analysis,
to our world-class whelping setup, our military-developed Early Neurological
Stimulation (ENS) protocol, and our structured housebreaking curriculum that
begins at just six weeks of age. When you bring home a Designer Mini Doodles
puppy, you are not getting a pet-store pup or a hobby breeder’s side project.
You are getting the product of a biologist’s life’s work.

Our Whelping & Development Program
A Whelping Process Second to None
From the moment a dam enters her pre-whelp phase to the day your puppy comes home,
every hour is managed with the precision and care that only a trained animal biologist
can provide. Our whelping suite is purpose-built, climate-controlled, and monitored
around the clock. No detail is left to chance.
Pre-Whelp & Dam Care
Our mothers receive prenatal wellness assessments, nutritional optimization, and
daily massage — research confirms prenatal handling produces puppies that are more
docile and accepting of touch. Our dams enter labor in a calm, clean, dedicated
whelping space designed to minimize stress and maximize maternal comfort. Every
birth is supervised by Brian personally, ensuring every pup receives immediate
attention, warmth, and its first nursing opportunity within minutes of arrival.
Neonatal Period: ENS + ESI
From day 3 of life — when the neurological system is in its most rapid phase of
development — we begin Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS). Based on the U.S.
Military’s Bio Sensor program, ENS consists of five precise daily exercises that
develop stress resilience, cardiovascular strength, and adrenal efficiency.
Simultaneously, we run Early Scent Introduction (ESI), exposing puppies to varied
scents to stimulate olfactory brain development. Both programs run through day 16.
This critical window, once missed, can never be recovered.
Weeks 3–5: Socialization Begins
As eyes and ears open, our puppies enter an intentional socialization phase. They
are introduced to an expanding world of sounds — doorbells, vacuums, children
playing, car rides — as well as varied textures underfoot, novel objects, and
gentle handling by multiple people of all ages. This is not passive exposure;
it’s an orchestrated developmental curriculum designed to build a confident,
curious, emotionally stable dog that integrates seamlessly into any household.
Week 6: Housebreaking Training Starts
By six weeks of age — earlier than most breeders even begin thinking about
training — our puppies are introduced to structured housebreaking. Using a
consistent elimination routine, a designated potty area, and positive reinforcement
methodology, we lay the foundation for a dog that transitions home with dramatic
ease. Families who bring home a Designer Mini Doodles puppy consistently report
that housebreaking is remarkably fast — because we started the work first.
Weeks 7–8: Temperament Assessment
At seven weeks, we conduct formal temperament testing on every pup. Using
standardized evaluation techniques, we assess confidence, prey drive, touch
sensitivity, sound sensitivity, and retrieval instinct. These results guide
our puppy placement process — matching each pup’s personality to the right
family environment, whether that’s an active family with young children, a
single professional, or a senior seeking a calm companion.
Go-Home Day: Fully Prepared
When your puppy leaves us, it is not a blank slate — it is a prepared,
socialized, neurologically optimized, housebreaking-initiated, health-guaranteed
member of your family-to-be. Every pup goes home with a complete health record,
genetic test results, vaccination and deworming documentation, our full care
guide, a sample of their current food, and a scent item from their littermates
to ease the transition. And we remain available to you, always.

Elite Genetics
Bloodlines That Define the Standard
Exceptional puppies begin with exceptional parents. At Designer Mini Doodles,
we do not select breeding dogs based on availability or color preference. Every
dog in our program has been chosen through a rigorous multi-criteria evaluation
process that only a trained biologist can properly execute.
Our parent dogs represent the finest available bloodlines in the mini and micro
goldendoodle world. Each dog must pass OFA certification for hips, elbows,
eyes, heart, and patellas. Each dog must receive a clean genetic panel via
Embark’s comprehensive DNA screening — testing for over 200 conditions that
commonly affect the breed. And each dog must demonstrate the temperament,
conformation, and coat qualities that our families deserve.
Brian personally evaluates every potential breeding dog — assessing bone
structure, joint angles, topline, head type, coat texture and wave pattern,
and overall conformation against the ideal standard. This structural excellence
isn’t cosmetic: correct structure means fewer orthopedic issues, better
movement, and longer, healthier lives for your dog.

The Science Behind Our Puppies
Early Neurological Stimulation: The Military Protocol That Changes Everything
Early Neurological Stimulation — or ENS — is not a trend or a marketing term.
It is a scientifically validated developmental protocol originally designed by
the United States Military for their elite canine program, later documented
and published by Dr. Carmen Battaglia, Ph.D., and adopted by the world’s
most serious breeders.
The core insight is this: between days 3 and 16 of a puppy’s life, there
exists a unique neurological window during which the developing nervous system
is highly responsive to low-level stimulation. During this precise window —
and only during this window — specific gentle exercises can permanently
improve a dog’s neurological architecture. Once the window closes on day 16,
it cannot be reopened. Miss it, and it is gone forever.
At Designer Mini Doodles, Brian begins ENS on day 3 of every puppy’s life,
without exception. Each pup receives five brief, gentle exercises once daily
through day 16: tactile stimulation between the toes, head-erect positioning,
head-down positioning, the supine position hold, and thermal stimulation on
a cool surface. Each exercise lasts just 3–5 seconds — enough to stimulate
neurological growth, not enough to cause distress. The results are lifelong.
Stronger Heart
Improved cardiovascular performance and stronger resting heart rate
Stress Resilience
Greater tolerance to stressful situations for the entire life of the dog
Stronger Immunity
Greater resistance to disease through optimized adrenal function
Faster Adrenal Response
More efficient stress hormone regulation — calmer reactions in everyday life

Health & Structural Excellence
Built Right, From the Inside Out
A puppy’s visible beauty means nothing if its structure, genetics, and health
foundations are compromised. At Designer Mini Doodles, perfect conformation and
verified genetic health are non-negotiable requirements — not selling points,
but baseline standards every single pup in our program must meet.
Perfect Structural Conformation
Brian evaluates every breeding dog for correct bone density, joint angles,
topline, shoulder layback, and rear angulation. Correct structure isn’t
aesthetic — it predicts lifelong mobility, reduces risk of dysplasia, and
determines how a dog moves and feels throughout its entire life. Our pups
are built to last.
Comprehensive Genetic Screening
Every parent undergoes a full Embark DNA panel, screening for over 200
inherited diseases common in the goldendoodle lineage — including Progressive
Retinal Atrophy, von Willebrand Disease, Degenerative Myelopathy, and more.
We share these results openly and completely with every family we place a
puppy with.
OFA Certified Parent Dogs
All of our breeding dogs are OFA-certified across every testable category:
hips, elbows, eyes, cardiac health, and patellas. OFA certification requires
independent veterinary evaluation and official registry listing — this is the
gold standard in canine health verification, and it is our baseline.
Veterinary Supervised Whelping
Our whelping process is overseen at every stage. All pups receive timely
deworming following a strict veterinary-approved protocol, initial vaccinations
on schedule, and a comprehensive nose-to-tail wellness exam before going home.
Your puppy’s health records are complete and fully documented.
Optimal Nutrition from Birth
Our dams are fed premium nutrition throughout pregnancy and lactation to
ensure maximum colostrum quality and milk nutrient density. As puppies wean,
they are transitioned to a species-appropriate high-quality diet, establishing
healthy eating habits and a strong gut microbiome from their very first bites.
Health Guarantee
Every Designer Mini Doodles puppy comes with a comprehensive health guarantee
backed by our genetic testing documentation and Brian’s expert oversight.
We stand firmly behind the health and quality of every puppy we produce —
because our science-backed approach means we have nothing to hide and
everything to be proud of.

What Families Are Saying
Real Families. Real Results.
“Brian’s background as an animal biologist is evident in every single aspect
of this breeding program. Our mini doodle came home already understanding
the concept of going potty outside. The ENS work he does truly makes a
difference — our dog is the calmest, most confident pup we’ve ever owned.”
— Sarah M., Colorado
“We’ve had goldendoodles before from other breeders, and the difference
with Designer Mini Doodles is not subtle — it’s profound. The structure on
our puppy is perfect. Her temperament is extraordinary. Brian’s program
is in a completely different league.”
— James & Rachel T., Tennessee
“As someone who researched breeders for almost a year, I can tell you that
Brian’s scientific approach, transparency about health testing, and the
level of care he puts into each litter is unmatched. Our puppy had zero
accidents in the first week home. The housebreaking foundation was already
there. Absolutely incredible.”
— Dr. Amanda L., Georgia
Common Questions
Everything You Want to Know About Us
What makes Designer Mini Doodles different from a hobby breeder?
The single biggest differentiator is Brian’s formal education and credentials as an animal biologist.
Hobby breeders may love dogs deeply, but they typically lack the scientific foundation to understand
canine genetics, developmental physiology, structural conformation, or neonatal neurology. Brian
brings all of these disciplines to every breeding decision. Additionally, our program features
complete OFA and Embark DNA health testing on all parents, ENS from day 3, Early Scent Introduction,
Puppy Culture curriculum, formal housebreaking beginning at 6 weeks, and rigorous temperament
assessment before placement — an integrated system that hobby breeders simply don’t offer.
What is ENS and why is it important?
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is a protocol derived from the U.S. Military’s Bio Sensor
canine program and documented by Dr. Carmen Battaglia, Ph.D. It involves five gentle exercises
performed once daily from day 3 through day 16 of a puppy’s life — the only window during which
the neurological system is optimally responsive to this stimulation. Benefits include greater
cardiovascular strength, improved stress tolerance, faster adrenal response, and greater disease
resistance — all lasting for the entire life of the dog. Most breeders never do this. We never
skip it.
Why do you start housebreaking at 6 weeks?
Puppies as young as three to four weeks begin to develop the ability to control their bladder
and bowel — and by six weeks, they are fully capable of learning location-specific elimination
behavior. Brian’s background in animal development means he understands exactly when these
windows open. By establishing a consistent potty routine, scent-marking a designated area,
and using positive reinforcement starting at six weeks, we give puppies a significant head
start that families notice immediately. Most of our puppies are largely housebroken before
they even leave us.
Can I visit and meet the puppies and parent dogs?
Transparency is a core value at Designer Mini Doodles. We welcome families to connect with
us and learn about our program. We are happy to provide video updates, photo documentation
of our facilities, parent dog profiles with full health testing records, and arrange
appropriate visit opportunities. Reputable breeders have nothing to hide — and we are
proud to show you exactly how our program operates.
What sizes do your mini goldendoodles come in?
Designer Mini Doodles specializes in mini and micro mini goldendoodles, produced through
deliberate pairing of health-tested Miniature Poodles with health-tested Golden Retrievers
across carefully selected generations. We produce predictable sizing because we use
multi-generation pedigree analysis and DNA-confirmed parentage — not guesswork or
claims based on the size of the parents alone.
Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?
Yes, every Designer Mini Doodles puppy comes with a comprehensive health guarantee.
Because we complete the full spectrum of OFA certifications and Embark DNA screening
on all parent dogs, our guarantees are backed by real science — not wishful thinking.
Your puppy’s complete health documentation accompanies them on go-home day, and Brian
remains available for the lifetime of your dog to answer questions and provide guidance.
